Service Overview
TextOps provides each user with a private site space in our cloud environment that can be updated through SMS commands. Each account gets an isolated workspace and SMS publishing capabilities powered by AI code generation.
User Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for all content, code, and data within their individual site/workspace
- Users must not deploy illegal, harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content
- Users are responsible for securing any sensitive data or credentials within their applications
- Users acknowledge that AI-generated code may contain bugs or vulnerabilities and accept full responsibility for code review and security
Service Limitations
- SMS commands are rate-limited to prevent abuse
- Resource-intensive applications may be flagged or limited
- Users may not attempt to access other users' applications or data
- Service availability depends on third-party providers (hosting, code, and messaging services)
Content and Usage Policy
- All deployed content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Users may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activities
- The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- User applications are isolated and do not affect other users' services

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:
Shared Infrastructure Notice
- Our service utilizes shared database infrastructure for cost efficiency
- Your data is logically isolated but physically stored on shared systems
- We implement security measures but cannot guarantee 100% isolation
No Data Guarantees
WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING:
- Data availability, integrity, or permanence
- Database uptime or accessibility
- Backup reliability or restoration capability
- Protection against data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
Data Loss Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are NOT responsible for any data loss, regardless of cause
- We are NOT liable for business interruption due to data unavailability
- We are NOT responsible for damages resulting from data breaches or unauthorized access
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups
Maximum Liability
- IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED: The amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the incident or $100 USD, whichever is lower
- Each user's site operates independently with complete isolation from other users
- Users acknowledge that AI-generated code requires human review and testing
Payment and Termination
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Users may delete their account at any time, which permanently removes their site, any connected repositories, and all associated data
- Service provider may terminate accounts for terms violations with or without notice
Data and Privacy
- User site data remains within their individual private workspace in our cloud environment
- Service provider may access user applications only for technical support or terms enforcement
- Any connected code repositories are private and managed by the service provider but contain user-specific code
- SMS messages are processed for deployment commands only
Your Data Responsibilities
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Regularly backing up your own data
- Implementing additional security measures if required
- Understanding the shared infrastructure risks
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
- Not storing sensitive personal information without proper safeguards
Data Export Rights
- You have the right to export your data at any time
- We will provide reasonable assistance with data export upon request
- Data export may be subject to technical limitations
- We are not responsible for data format compatibility with other systems
Account Termination Data Policy
- UPON ACCOUNT TERMINATION: Your data may be permanently deleted within 30 days
- We are not obligated to provide data backups after termination
- Data recovery after termination is not guaranteed
Beta/Experimental Service Notice
- This service is provided on an experimental basis
- Features may change or be discontinued without notice
- Data structures may be modified, potentially causing incompatibility
- Service interruptions should be expected
Service Level Expectations

- Third-party provider failures (hosting, cloud, messaging, etc.)
- Network connectivity issues
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Government actions or regulations
- Cyber attacks or security breaches beyond our control
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the shared database infrastructure
- Any data loss or security incidents
- Your failure to implement adequate backup procedures
- Violations of applicable data protection regulations
Intellectual Property
- Users retain rights to their original content and ideas
- AI-generated code is provided as-is without warranty
- Users are responsible for ensuring their applications do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

- Use environment-specific databases (dev/staging/production)
